Jun 4, 2013   So I'm loving the uke. I'm getting a lot of compliments from my "pro musician" friends, with comments like 'this uke really projects', 'fantastic note separation, sustain', etc. It's everything you want hear. May 31, 2013   I am now smitten with myrtle as a tonewood. It strikes a satisfying balance of high, mid and low frequencies and the overall timbre makes my auditory cortices buzz with pleasure. This is really a bespoke instrument and I couldn't be more pleased. There is no question that Mya-Moe is the ne plus ultra of ukulele luthiery. May 24, 2013   This uke is F$#%^*@ awesome. I have never experienced anything like what this uke offers. I was playing Tom Petty’s “won’t back down” to some friends earlier in the day strumming and chunking away but with family issues I found myself sitting in the dark playing so so soft and this uke sounds so full , rounded and warm !!! My 80+ year old teacher took it for a spin. When I took it out of the case his eyes lit up. He said he could tell it was great. When I handed it to him he just lovingly held it and caressed it and said it was three "a's" ( the highest rating). When he started to play it he said it was just like butter.
